Click 'Register' and choose your specific role. This is critical for linking you to the correct organizational units.

Form Submission

Complete the profile details. Ensure your email address is active to receive system notifications.

Admin Verification

Your account enters a Pending state. A Division Admin must verify your identity manually.

Activation

Check your email for an approval notice. You may now log in to your dashboard.

Open the recovery email and click the unique secure link (expires in 60 minutes).

PHASE 2: PLAN MANAGEMENT (SH)

Encoding & Tagging Procedure

Standardized Entry

Use the TA Needs autocomplete field to link your plans to professional standards (e.g., PPST).

Supervisor Tagging

To request help, select an EPS/PSDS from the dropdown. This puts your plan directly on their "Action Required" list.

PHASE 2: REQUEST MANAGEMENT (SUP)

Handling School Requests

Dashboard Notification

Check the Requests Panel. Red indicators highlight new school tagging requests.

Conflict Resolution

If you decline a request, use the text field to suggest an alternative date or provide remote TA instructions.

PHASE 3: DOCUMENTATION

Steps to Finalize Activities

Log Actual Date

Change the status to 'Accomplished' and enter the actual date the activity took place.

Evidence Submission

Upload your Means of Verification (MOV). The system supports PDF and Images up to 5MB.

Narrative Input

Describe the outcomes. The 'Smart Default' feature will suggest text based on your initial plan to save time.

Monthly Report Generation

Go to the Update Report tab.

Select the Month and Year. The system auto-compiles the 8-Column document.

Review the digital preview and click Print for your physical records.

Technical FAQ

What is the maximum MOV file size?

The system accepts files up to 5MB. If your file is larger, please compress the PDF or resize the image before uploading.

How long does account approval take?

Approval usually takes 8-48 hours. If you need immediate access, contact the CID office admin to expedite your verification.

Can I modify a plan after tagging a supervisor?

Yes, but if you change the target date significantly, the supervisor will be notified of the change and may need to re-accept the request.

Is the system mobile friendly?

Yes. While encoding is best done on a desktop, you can check your dashboard and respond to requests using your smartphone's browser.

Why didn't I receive my password reset email?

Check your Spam or Promotions folder. If it's not there, ensure you are using the exact email address you used during registration.

What happens if I delete an encoded plan?

If the plan was tagged, it will also be removed from the Supervisor's dashboard. Deleting an accomplished report will permanently remove its attached MOV file.
